Whether you are a group of friends or an established esports organization, this is your opportunity to compete, grow, and showcase your skills on a competitive platform.
Team registration is open to all eligible gaming teams that meet the Qelvor eSports requirements. Before you open the form, make sure your team has all four.
A name no other registered team is already using — it becomes your identity across every tournament, profile and leaderboard.
One player named as Team Captain. They are your squad's official representative to Qelvor eSports.
A roster of active players who are ready to take part in tournaments when your team is entered.
Every member agrees to follow the Qelvor eSports Rules and Code of Conduct — no exceptions for any player on the roster.

Your squad's crest, shown on your team profile.
Name and contact details of your appointed Team Captain.

The Team Captain serves as the official representative of the team, and is the person we contact first about anything concerning your squad.
